Use CallPayMin from an AI assistant

Callpaymin’s remote MCP server lets AI assistants — Grok Bot, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and other MCP-compatible clients — find experts, check availability, book calls, check a wallet balance, read public reviews, and manage referrals on your behalf.

Server URL

Add a custom or remote MCP server with this URL. The transport is Streamable HTTP.

Sign-in is OAuth 2.1 with PKCE (S256) and dynamic client registration. You log in with your own Callpaymin account when the assistant connects. The client registers itself. Nothing to paste besides the URL.

A second URL, https://www.callpaymin.io/api/mcp/public, serves the public directory only and does not sign you in.

Connect an assistant

  1. In your MCP client, add a custom or remote MCP server.
  2. Set the server URL to https://www.callpaymin.io/api/mcp. Use Streamable HTTP when the client asks for a transport.
  3. When the assistant connects, sign in with your Callpaymin account and approve the requested permissions.
  4. Connected assistants are listed on the AI Connector page, where you can revoke one without changing your password.

Safety

  • MCP does not charge a card, debit a wallet, issue a refund, or send a payout. Adding funds and withdrawals are not tools. Closing a meeting room does not settle participant billing. A room with a live billing session is closed from the meeting screen.
  • Destructive actions show a preview and run only after explicit confirmation. Confirming a booking holds the slot for 20 minutes and returns a callpaymin.io link. Payment happens on the website.
  • Rate changes still repeat the quoted amount with acknowledgedAmountUsd. A booking hold repeats the quote with acknowledgedCostUsd.
  • Card and bank details are never accepted through MCP. Add a card on the Callpaymin billing page, and add a payout method in settings. The assistant can see a masked brand and last four digits, not the full number.
  • A signed-in assistant can see that account’s bookings, calls, and balance. It cannot open someone else’s.
  • Staff tools appear only when the account role is admin, checked on the server.
  • Organization tools appear only for an organization API key, and only for that key’s organization and scopes.

Tools

The names below are the tools the MCP server registers. They are grouped from the server source. An assistant should call a tool by these names and should not invent a tool that is not listed.

Public directory

These tools work with no account. They are also available after you sign in. The public server URL serves only this set.

Search approved experts, open a public profile, list industries and topics, check the directory availability flag, and read public reviews. Also includes the count of listed experts, country rate caps, a call-cost estimate, wallet currencies, and payout countries. Emails, phone numbers, and bank details are not included. Submitting a review is not available through MCP.

Your account

Available after you sign in with your own Callpaymin account. The assistant acts as that account and can see that account’s bookings, calls, and balance.

Wallet

Read the wallet balance and the masked brand and last four digits of a saved card. Turn auto-recharge off after a preview. MCP does not add funds or charge a card.

Calls

Cancel an invite that has not connected, check invite status, list your recent calls, and open a receipt. Starting a call is not available, because a connected call bills the wallet. Media credentials and recordings are not returned.

Bookings

See open times on an expert’s calendar, list your bookings, hold a slot, and cancel one. Confirming a booking holds the slot for 20 minutes and returns a callpaymin.io payment link. It does not charge the wallet.

Meeting rooms

Create a meeting room, list rooms you host, list display names of people in a room, and close a room you host. maxParticipants is a guest cap from 1 to 20; the host is not counted. Closing a room does not settle participant billing. A room with a live billing session stays open and must be closed from the meeting screen. Joining the media session, mute, and recording are not available through MCP.

Read and update your own profile, set your per-minute rate and directory availability, check expert application status, save or remove favorite experts, ask for a rate hint, and build a Callpaymin link.

Earnings and payouts

Jobs

List public jobs, list jobs you posted, post a job for review, apply to an active public job, and remove a job you posted. Removal includes a job still waiting for review. Applying and removing do not charge credits or fees. A new post is saved for review.

Staff

Available only when the signed-in account’s role is admin. The server checks that role on each request.

List expert accounts, check whether required services are configured, review the payout queue, and list earnings that do not match the ledger. Approving payouts, granting credit, and adjusting balances are not available. Secrets, phone numbers, and full bank details are not returned.

Organization

Available only when the client sends an organization API key, and only for that key’s organization and scopes. A user sign-in cannot call these tools. An organization key cannot call account or staff tools.

Read the organization profile for this API key, and update the name or billing contact email after confirmation.

API keys

List keys (prefix, scopes, and status), mint a key, rotate a key, or revoke a key. The full secret is returned once, when a key is minted or rotated. These actions preview first.

Experts

List consultants, add or update one, set a revenue share, or mark a consultant inactive. Removing a consultant does not delete the record. Rate and revenue-share changes preview first.

Sessions and billing

Read one organization session or a recent list, and pause or resume a session. Creating, heartbeating, ending, or adjusting a session is not available, because those actions charge or refund. Pause and resume do not settle money. Media credentials and recording URLs are omitted.

Registered, not yet supported

These names are registered so the assistant gets a clear refusal instead of guessing a result. They read nothing and change nothing. Card numbers, bank details, and KYC documents are in this set on purpose.
